Bed & Breakfast

Nine rooms are available in the house – five en-suites, two four-poster beds with en-suite, and two with private facilities. All rooms have tea and coffee-making facilities, colour television and hairdryer. A clothes iron and shoe-cleaning materials are available on request.

There is a visitors’ lounge, with television and books, which you are welcome to use. There is also a payphone for your convenience.

Breakfast is served in the spacious dining room – treat yourself to a hearty full English cooked on the Aga! Cereals and fruit are also available – we aim to cater for all dietary requirements – please ask. You must try our homemade jams and marmalade – they are legendary!

In the vast grounds, try your hand at croquet or tennis. For the keen angler, coarse fishing is also on-hand. Lambs and ducklings can also be found in the grounds at certain times of the year!

We regret that we cannot accommodate children under four years old or pets. Payment is by cash or cheque only – unfortunately we are unable to accept credit or debit cards.
