ANY additional adult or child will be charged at an extra £50 per week. A returnable deposit of £100 will be required for the self-caterings. Please note that the Coachmans Lodge and the Coach House are SATURDAY bookings. The Laurels is a FRIDAY booking. Short-term lets out of season are also available. We also offer price reductions for out of season stays for fewer guests than the capacity of the self-caterings. Please contact us for further details. Included in the prices are towels, bedding, travel cot, high chair, central heating and electric. |

CANCELLATIONS. |

If a booking is cancelled, some of the deposit will be returned providing the accommodation is re-let without loss. If a vacancy is not filled you are liable for the full tariff. An administration charge of £30 will be retained, whatever the reason for cancellation. |
